I was completely sucked in. You have a way with details. When you described the street lights, I could see them so clearly. Nice teaser!
I really loved the street lights description!
And I think you nailed it with the Halloween parties and how every teen has expectations of how to dress up.
Not to be redundant, but I loved the description of the streetlights. And I liked the feeling I got from the narrator when she talked about her brother--it was so conflicted and honest.
Haha I'm jumping on the bandwagon about the streetlights. But in general, your descriptions are AMAZING. I love what she says about her brother.

Ah, this makes me reminisce for Halloween parties. Nicely done. Good atmosphere and feel.
Awesome as always! Love the margarita, painting toe nails line. This is the one where she's got cancer, right? So the fact she's going as a dead nurse is even more symbolic...hope I've got the right blog! It's a long day. If it is the cancer one, yes, I still wanna beta read!
